The Layout
The day happens outside
Inside: three bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning, and two and a half bathrooms — the main bedroom has its own. Living room, dining room and a kitchen equipped for actual cooking rather than reheating. Everything is on one floor and there are no steps anywhere, which matters more than it sounds if you are travelling with a pushchair or a grandparent.
Outside is where the 500m² goes: the pool and the jacuzzi, both yours alone, a pergola with hammocks, swings, and mango trees you can pick from at breakfast. The yard is fully walled, so small children can be let loose in it. Parking is inside the property and covered, with room for four cars.
The Garden

The garden was planted long before it was a rental, which is why the trees are mature enough to pick from. Guests are welcome to help themselves — that is what they are there for.
What is ripe depends on the month — mango season is not guava season. Ask when you arrive and we will tell you what is ready.

All three have their own air conditioning. The bed count is what makes fourteen work, so here it is exactly.
