Services
One host, and everything he can arrange
Diony answers the messages, meets you at the door and books whatever you want to do. Everything below is arranged through him.
Included in Every Stay
One person, and he answers
Diony Montero is the host. Not a rota, not a front desk — one person, who has been doing this for four years and holds Superhost status on Airbnb.
He handles the arrival, answers questions during the stay, and books the tours, the transfers and anything else on this page. Guests mention him more often than they mention the house.
Also included
Electricity to 45 kWh a day
Water and fibre with no metering; power above 45 kWh is billed on top
Baby equipment
Already fitted on every window
Concierge booking
Tours, transfers and events, arranged for you
On Request
Everything else we can arrange
Ask when you enquire and we will price it with your dates.
Airport transfers
Picked up at Punta Cana airport and driven to the door, and back again when you leave. Ten minutes each way.
Price on request
Beach runs
There and back to the beach, on the days you want it. Fifteen minutes each way, so you go when you feel like going rather than when a shuttle says so.
Price on request
Day pass
The house, the pool and the garden for the day without staying the night. Twenty people included in the price.
$350 for up to 20 people
Birthdays and celebrations
Baby showers, birthdays, whatever you are marking. We have done the decoration, the balloon arches and the dessert tables before — tell us the date and what you had in mind.
Price on request
Presidente cooler
A cooler kept stocked with cold Presidente, charged separately from the stay.
Paid extra
Electricity
Forty-five kilowatt-hours a day come with the house — enough for the air conditioning, the pool and normal use. Anything above that is billed on top.
45 kWh a day included
How It Works
Before you arrive
A call, about two weeks out
Your house manager calls to go through arrival times, dietary requirements, the provisioning list, and anything you already know you want to book.
A plan you can ignore
You get a simple day-by-day outline with what's booked and what's still open. Most guests change half of it once they're here, which is fine.
One bill at the end
Everything arranged during the stay appears on a single itemised statement on your last morning, with supplier receipts attached.
Anything you need, ask
If it can be done in Punta Cana, the house manager has probably done it before.
